Ronnie founded Behavioral Diagnostics in 2008 after obtaining his Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from the American School of Professional Psychology. He completed a two year internship under Stephen Chung, MD (Neurology & Psychiatry).

He is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Service Provider, National Certified Counselor, Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator, and Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor. He specializes in REBT Therapy, EMDR Therapy, and CBT Therapy.

Ronnie is native to Cumberland County. He graduated from CCHS, then Bryan College prior to teaching elementary school and coaching basketball for nearly 18 years. Ronnie continues to serve the community through his counseling.
He is also on staff at Cumberland Medical Center.
